Uniswap Monthly New Users

This analytical dashboard explores Uniswap's user growth and engagement, focusing on new user onboarding and their swapping and liquidity provision behaviors over the past twelve months.

Uniswap, a decentralized exchange protocol built on the Ethereum blockchain, has transformed the landscape of digital asset trading by facilitating automated transactions between cryptocurrency pairs. Providing an open-source interface for seamless swapping of crypto tokens, Uniswap has disrupted traditional exchange mechanisms and has grown rapidly, attracting a large number of users globally.

Despite this growth, the question remains - is Uniswap effectively attracting new users and how active are these users in terms of transactions? To answer this, we've developed an analytical dashboard that delves into the detailed data of Uniswap over the last twelve months, focusing on new user onboarding and their engagement with the protocol.

The dashboard is organized into two primary tabs - 'Swap' and 'Liquidity'.

In the 'Swap' tab, we examine the transactional behaviour of new users, tracking metrics such as swap volume, swap count, average swap size, and more. This comparison between new and existing users on a monthly basis will provide a comprehensive understanding of the swapping behaviour across different user cohorts. We'll also highlight which new users contribute most significantly to the total swap volume.

In the 'Liquidity' tab, we delve into liquidity provision behaviours of new users. We will examine the total amount of liquidity provided, the frequency of liquidity events (increases or decreases), and track the number of new users on a monthly basis.

Our goal with this dashboard is to not just understand the rate of new user acquisition for Uniswap, but also to gain insights into how these new users interact with the protocol. By analysing these behaviours, we can paint a clearer picture of Uniswap's growth trajectory and its potential future development.
