What is JutBanana NFT?

JustBanana collection is Nothing but just a banana being taped on the wall. But it might be becoming something in the future. Who knows? 😏

This collection was made by creator of one of the top performing NFT projects on Optimism, Apetimism.

This collection experienced a massive raise (almost 300%) in its trading volume during recent days (as shown on the below image). So, on the occasion of this massive raise, this dashboard is a full analysis about this NFT collection.

Methodology

In this dashboard, We are going to perform a full analysis of JustBanana collection since July (its release date) on Quix (former Quixotic) marketplace on Optimism with mainly using optimism.core.ez_nft_sales table.

Overall Stats

Tokens Stats

An average buyer of JustBanana collection usually hold his/her token for almost 4 days.

But, we can see most number of JustBanana buyers usually hold their token less than 1 Day and there is only 4.26% of total buyers who whold their tokens for more than 1 Month.

According to the above data, total number of trades on JustBanana collection is 1088 Transactions made by 487 buyers and 259 sellers who have traded 1114 tokens with total volume of 57.9k USD.

The average volume of sales is $45.5 but the median volume is $3.74. This high difference between Average and Median can be because of an unusual trading activity on this collection.

Minimum volume of sales is $0.4 while the maximum is $1474 (high difference).

Also, we can see most number of sales on this collection (more than 78% of total sales) is done with less than $10 volume and only 1.56% of total sales is done with more than $1000 volume (which can confirm the unusual activity)

Token ID #2487 is the most expensive sold token on JustBanana collection with 1359.38 USD volume. There are 8 tokens with a very low difference together among the top 10 expensive tokens on JustBanana, but suddenly the 9th and 10th tokens have only $322 price.

Token ID #6655 is the most traded tokens with total 24 trades and this token has also most total volume of trades with more than $8121.

In an average day, there is 24.2 sale transactions on JustBanana collection made by 12 buyers and 10 sellers with 1286 USD volume.

Based on the above charts, we can see high increasing activity of sales on Justbanana collection after 10th September 2022. Also, some high activity is visible during the first days of charts between late-July and early-August.

There is gap between August and September (during Mid-August and Early September) for sales on Justbanana collection. But after 10th September, we can see a hich increasing trend of activity (in all terms of sales, users and volume).

Most number of transactions on JustBanana collection have achieved during recent week and especially with the highest spike on 8th October with total 120 sales

Most volume have achieved on 20th September with total 29.515k USD. Between 13th and 21st September, a high peak of sales volume on Justbanana is clearly visible but after and before this timespan, we can see low sales volume.

Staurday is the day with the most number of sales and also active JustBanana traders. While, the average volume of sales on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is way more than other days.

Buyers / Holders Stats

Based on the above data, an average JustBanana purchaser has performed 2.24 sale transactions (2.48 traded tokens) with total 118.8 USD spent volume.

Moreover, we can see most number of Buyers have only purchased 1 token in 1 transaction and have totally spent less than $10 for buying JustBanana tokens.

According to the left chart, the user address 0x4803dd56adccb97bf58223ccee92999a2f825b80 seems is currently holding most number of JustBanan tokens (110 tokens) among all collectors of this collection.

The user address 0x4803dd56adccb97bf58223ccee92999a2f825b80 has performed the most number of purchase transactions (53) and also purchased most number of tokens (110) but his/her total spent amount is not very high ($420)

But, the user address 0x2c2ffe2fcf5650e4c2ceac3b28949954c6da60b1 has spent the most volume (1610 USD in 8 Transactions) for purchasing tokens on Justbanana.

Sellers Stats

Based on the above data, an average JustBanana Seller has performed 4.37 sale transactions (4.66 traded tokens) with total 223 USD gained volume.

Moreover, we can see most number of sellers have only sold 1 token in 1 transaction and have totally gained $10 - $100 from selling JustBanana tokens.

So, sellers are way more active than Buyers on Justbanana and have usually gained more volume from sales than the volume they have spent for purchasing them.

The user address 0x7efdc11929225f1756479006149b0bd7a2b89c1e has performed the most number of sale transactions (43) and also sold most number of tokens (49) but his/her total gained amount is not very high ($206.05)

But, the user address 0x13ddeae97a8c157a68a7272cd665897f884739fc has by far gained the most volume (23.06525 USD in 17 Transactions) from selling tokens on Justbanana. The difference between this user and other JustBanana sellers is very high !

Conclusion

• There are way more number of buyers than sellers for JustBanana NFT collection (almost 2x) but Sellers of this collection are way more active than Buyers and has performed more average number and volume of sales and traded more tokens.
• There is high difference between low and high volume sale transactions which can be concluded for unusual whale activity on this collection. Usually most number of sales are done with less than $10 volume.
• Most number JustBanana buyers are not loyal to this project because they only hold their purchased tokens less than 1 day (but the average holding time is almost 4 days)
• JustBanana sales, users and volume have increased dramatically after 10th September 2022. Most number of sales have achieved during recent week and most volume of sales were done between 13th and 21st September. The volume of sales after and before this timespan quite lower. So, it seems there was a high peak of users activity for this collection during Mid-September.
• JustBanana traders are mainly active on Saturdays (weekends) but the highest average volume of sales usually occurs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• The user address 0x36c3a56e5990a0a8eb0672b5f00de3cb4588fa8a is the most successfull trader which have gained most profit from trading these tokens.
• The user address 0x4803dd56adccb97bf58223ccee92999a2f825b80 is the top JustBanana collector with total 110 holding tokens.
• Totally, the sales and users activity on this project seems to be a hype occured by some unusual activity during September.
