Famous Fox Federation

The Famous Fox Federation is an NFT project composed of 7,777 2D foxes randomly created on September 2021 and stylistically generated on the Solana blockchain. Actually, The Famous Fox Federation is an independent organization of the most fabulously famous foxes on the Blockchain!

Famous Foxes are the Genesis NFTs. This consists of 7,777 generated foxes from a pool of unique attributes with over 1 Million possible combinations.

The FFF also recognizes all of those less fortunate in the world and as part of their mission they have donated over 800 SOL from their proceeds towards causes that the community suggested and voted on.

Federation members can participate in exclusive events that will be hosted such as exclusive NFT mints, raffles, community giveaways, and more.

Transdimensional Fox Federation

created on October 2021, TFF are the second generation of NFTs from the Famous Fox Universe and are the pixelated versions of Famous Foxes. Originally airdropped to diamond handed foxes, the remaining 800 were minted for .5 SOL. They hold the same rarity values as the Famous Fox Federation, however, when staked they receive 1/4th of the $FOXY that a FFF would. TFFs are able to participate in Missions, which are a gamified version of staking, and are eligible for full rewards from them, other than reduced FAME. Having either a FFF or a TFF staked will allow you to sell whitelist tokens on the Token Market without paying a 2% fee.

Methodology

Recently, these 2 Federation Foxes have experienced significant raise in their sales activity on Solana NFT marketplaces and both of them are currently among the top 10 hyped NFT collections.

On the occasion of this hype, I am going to analyze mints, sales and trades stats for these Federation Foxes.

The main tables that we are going to use for this bounty are solana.core.fact_nft_mints (for mints) and solana.core.fact_nft_sales (for sales).

For extracting the mint address of each collection, I have used solana.core.dim_labels with filtering label column to 'famous fox federation' (for famous collection) and 'transdimensional fox federation' (for transdimensonal collection).

Moreover, I am just considering successful mint/sales transactions for this analysis.

Also, There is a “Date_Trunc” provided field to set the time period of over-time charts in sales part to your desirable period. (Daily, Weekly (Default) or Monthly).

Mints

Based on the left data, there are almost equal number of mint transactions and also minted tokens for both projects, But, the number of unique minters on Famous collection is more than Transdimensionals.

On the other hand, we can see the generated volume from Transdimensonal minting is way more than Famous Fox federation and the average, median, minimum and maximum of mint price for Transdimensonal is also more than Famous fox. (right chart is in logarithmic scale)

On the above and left charts, you can see the over-time minting data for these NFT projects.

As we see, the majority of Famous Foxes were minted since 26th September till 2nd October 2022.

On the other hand, Transdimensoional foxes were minted days after famous foxes and all of these tokens were minted during 18th October - 5th November 2021.

Based on the left charts, we can see the majority of minters on both projects have totally minted only 1 token. anyway, the share of minters who have minted more than 5 tokens on Transdimensional collection is more than famous ones.

Moreover, we can see that most number of Famous minters have totally spent 1 - 5 $SOL for minting tokens but on Transdimensional collection, we can see almost equal share of minters with total less than 1 $SOL spent on minting and 1 - 5 spent %SOL.

Based on the above charts, there is 1 major minter for each NFT collection that have minted the most number of tokens and also spent the most volume for minting tokens.

in Famous collection, the wallet address 3pMvTLUA9NzZQd4gi725p89mvND1wRNQM3C8XEv1hTdA has minted most number of tokens (3310) and spent most volume for minting tokens (3342.034 $SOL).

in Transdimensional collection, the wallet address MwW2RfWAfGrKmh9QAkDELdEV7Ue39FoP885dhuHmqr9 has minted the most number of tokens (6980) and spent most volume for minging tokens (138.1467k $SOL).

The difference between these top minters vs other top minters is way too high especially in Transdimensional collection.

According to the above charts, Transdimensional NFT collection have more crossover ratio with other projects minters in Solana chain than Famous collection.

Also, we can see that Famous collection has the most minters’ crossover ratio with Golden Ticket and also another famous fox collection, Famous Fox Dens.

On the other hand, We can see Transdimensional collection minters’ have the most crossover ratio with Famous Fox Dens and also Famous Fox Federation collections.

Sales

Based on the above charts, Famous (elder) collection sales activity is more and better than Transdimensional. As we see, number of sales, unique purchasers, unique sellers and traded tokens on Famoux collection are more than Transdimensional. Also, (despite higher mint volume of Transdimensional Fox federation) Total, Average, Median, Minimum and also maximum volume of sales on Famous fox federation collection is more than Transdimensional.

Moreover, we can see that majority of sales on Famous collection are done with more than 10 $SOL and on the other hand, the majority of Transdimensional sales are done with 5 - 10 $SOL.

So, Totally, Famous Fox as the genesis collection has better sales situation than Transdimension and its tokens have more value than Transdimensonals.

Overall Sales Stats

Based on the left charts, we can see Magic Eden (v2 and v1) is by far the most popular Solana NFT marketplace on both collections in both terms of number and volume of sales.

Purchasers’ Crossover With Other Projects

According to the above charts, these NFT collections have the most crossover ratio with each other and the second rank on both collections belong to the 111 Anons collection.

Also, similar to the minters’ crossover, the average purchasers’ crossover ratio of Transdimensional NFT collection with other Solana NFT projects is more than Famous purchasers.

Tokens Stats

Based on the above charts, top 10 most expensive sold tokens on Famous collection have higher value than Transdimensional tokens. Also, the generated volume from sales on top 10 famous tokens is more than transdimensional tokens.

But, the number of sales of top 10 most traded tokens on Transdimensional collection is more than Top 10 famous foxes.

Daily and Over-Time Stats

According to the left charts, The average holding time of Famous nft collections is more than Transdimensional holders meaning that Famous holders are more loyal than Transdimensional holders.

On the other hand, we can see that most number of holders on both collections have totally held their purchased NFT for 1 - 3 Months.

The share of purchasers who have held their NFT for more than 1 Year on Famous collection is more than Transdimensional project.

According to the left charts, the average daily sales activity especially in terms of volume on Famous NFT collection is more than Transdimensional project.

On these charts, we can see that majority of sales for Famous collection has achieved during the first days of its launch on marketplaces and the highest sales volume has achieved on May 2022, but after a while and till November 2022, there was decreasing sales activity for this collection over time but again after November 2022, We can see increasing sales activity for this collection as time goes on. For Transdimensional, we can see the highest sales activity on May 2022 and similar to the Famous, the sales activity for this collection is also increasing since start of the November to the extent that sales volume for Transdimensional NFT collection has reached its ATH in the past month. The average volume of sales for both collections especially Famous project is increasing more and more over time. Moreover, we can see the median sales price and also the floor price of Famous NFTs is more than Transdimensional NFT collection in almost all days meaning that this collection had always higher value than Transdimensional. In %wise share charts, we can see that the share of Transdimensinoal NFT collection is increasing more and more over time especially in terms of number of sales that this collection has totally overtaken Famous project in the recent months. But in terms of volume, despite increasing share of Transdimensional over time, Famous has still more volume.

Based on the above charts, Mondays were the most popular weekday for Famous NFT collection since the most number of sales and active buyers and also volume of sales for this collection has generated on this day.

On the other hand, Wednesdays were the most popular weekday for the Transdimensional collection.

Purchasers Stats

Based on the left charts, the average number of purchases and also average traded tokens by Transdimensional purchasers is more than Famous NFT collection but on the other hand, the spent volume of an average Famous purchaser for buying tokens is more than Transdimensional.

Based on the above charts, the majority of purchasers on both collections have totally purchased 1 token in 1 purchase transaction.

But in terms of volume, we can see most number of Famous Fox purchasers have totally spent 10 - 100 $SOL for buying tokens while on Transdimensional, the majority of buyers have totally spent 1 - 10 $SOL.

Totally, we can see the top Famous purchasers have spent more volume than the top Transdimensional buyers but the activity of Transdimensional purchasers is more than Famous buyers.

Sellers Stats

Similar to the buyers, the sale activity of Transdimensional sellers is more than Famous project but the sales volume of Famous average sellers is more.

Also totally, the sellers of both projects are more active than buyers and have also gained more volume than the spent volume by purchasers.

Also similar to the buyers, we can see the majority of sellers of both collections have totally sold 1 token in 1 sale transaction. But in terms of volume, most Famous sellers have totally gained 10 - 100 $SOL from selling tokens while the majority of Transdimensional sellers have gained 1 - 10 $SOL from selling tokens.

Summary and Conclusion

• Based on the above analysis, Famous Fox Federation as the genesis collection has performed way better in secondary sales than Transdimensional project.
• Despite higher sales volume of Famous collection, Transdimensional mints has by far generated higher volume than Famous mints.
• Both projects have the most minters and also purchasers crossover with each other and also other Famous Fox NFT collections such as Famous Den.
• Most number of minters on both collections have sold their minted token after a while but there more share of loyal minters on Transdimensional than Famous minters.
• The majority of tokens for both projects were minted by just 1 top minter (for each collection).
• Top Famous project NFTs have generated higher volume than top Transdimensional tokens but the sales activity (number of sales) of Transdimensional was more than Famous collection.

• Both projects are experiencing significant growth in their sales activity (number and volume of sales and also number of buyers and sellers + average volume of sales) in the recent weeks.
• Sellers of both projects were more active and also gained more volume than Buyers and their spent volume.

Totally, similar to the buyers, the activity of top Transdimensional traders is more than Famous project but Famous sellers have gained more volume.

Based on the left data, we can see that almost most number of minters of both collections have already sold their minted token. Anyway, the share of NFT holders on Transdimensional is more than Famous collection.

Also, we can see that the majority of minters on both collections have sold their minted token more than 1 weeks after mint, meaning that these sellers have not immediately sold their token after mitning process.

We can see that share of loyal holders on Transdimensional nft collection is more than Famous but also the number of immediately sellers on this collection is more than famous foxes.
