Realms is a set of tools that helps communities to create DAOs, vote and manage their treasuries Solana network. Currently, there are more than 800 DAOs active on Realms.

Realms allows for 3 types of structures:

1. Multi-Signature Wallet, where two or more members authorize transactions.
2. NFT Community DAO, where NFT holders can vote on a decision.
3. Community Token DAO, where community members receive tokens which allows them to vote on a proposal.

In this report, we are taking a look 10 DAOs that leverage Realms.

MangoDAO

MangoDAO is the DAO of Mango Markets. Mango Markets is a decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Solana blockchain that offers traders up to 20x leverage on popular trading pairs [1].

Graph Protocol is a decentralized social networking platform. It can create, reward & secure any online community on Solana network [2].

Psy Finance

Psy Finance is platform that lets its users to trade, earn interest and perform option trading through the Solana ecosystem.

SolendDAO

Solend is a DeFi protocol for lending and borrowing on the Solana blockchain by removing intermediaries.

MonkeDAO

MonkeDAO is the first NFT DAO on Solana. MonkeDAO is a community of thousands of individuals bringing their diverse skills, interests and resources together to collaborate and build [5].

Metaplex Foundation

Metaplex is an NFT marketplace build on top of Solana network. It allows creating/minting of NFTs, starting a variety of auctions for primary/secondary sales, and visualizing NFTs in a standard way across wallets and applications [6].

Jet Protocol is yet another borrowing and lending protocol build on the Solana blockchain [7].

The Imperium of Rain is DAO that lets the holders of Degenerate Trash Pandas NFTs vote on governance proposals [9].

Synthetify

Synthetify is an crypto based platform which provides a bridge between synthetic assets and real-world currencies, crypto, stocks and other financial assets [10].

Conclusions

• RealmsDAO enable different communities to collaborate on different proposals
• Three different types of community and voting structures are supported
• RealmDAO gives its users the flexibility to define their proposals as they see fit.
