Bridge Volume
Comparing inflow and outflow volume of Cbridge and Blocto bridges on Flow.
At first let’s look to transfers volume (In $USD) from other chain to the Flow (on this dashboard, I named it inflow )
If we look at the volumes and the number of daily amounts Blocto bridge have higher popularity for bridging in Flow, also ,maybe a logarithmic chart can give us a better vision:
This two bridges, transfers different tokens from each other, let’s see the share of each tokens in inflows:
So USDT and RLY has the most bridged tokens by each bridge, but how about origin blockchains?! what blockchains are the using each bridge to come into Flow?
So As USDT is the most bridged token to Flow, Blocto’s inflow is mainly from Ethereum, Solana is 2nd and BSC is 3rd most used origin.
About Celer, Ethereum is the number one by far! but there are more origin chains compared with the Blocto.
If we want to know the usage rate of each bridge:
Blocto bridges has more share of transfers compared to the Celer bridge. Personally it’s because of supporting both Flow and USDT tokens, and being native bridge of Flow blockchain.
Let’s combine our data now:
Both RLY and USDT have more than 1.2m $USD bridge volume and blocto token with more than 0.4m $USD is the 3rd most bridged token and Ethereum with %86 is number one origin between all chains.
Lets look at outflows now and repeat the steps for bridged out tokens:
Like inflows, Blocto has higher amounts and volumes of transfers comparing with the Celer bridge in Outflows, also here we have logarithmic chart of the transfers:
And it’s time to see token types and the blockchains using each bridge:
The results is almost same as the inflows, the rankings are the same, just small changes in percentages!
Combing the results now:
At the end let’s see the share of each bridge in inflows and outflows:
Here USDT is by far the most token bridged to other chain, Flow native token is 2nd and Blocto is the 3rd token, but in chains, the results is same as outflows, with some percentage changes.
