Methodology
In this dashboard, We are taking a look to the wallets trading RaceDay NFTs, the sales counts and sales volume, and also prices of the NFTs, and also we are taking a look to RaceDay NFTs stats
After that are finding out which other projects are more favored by RacerDay fans (user who purchased or even sold RacerDay NFTs)
Notes:
- As RaceDay collection is trading with Both Dapper Utility Coin (which is a stable coin) and flow native token, we are tracking the sales on both types. and after that we find the total stats for the main factors (like the sales volume)
- The timeframe of this research is from 01-May-2022
RaceDay NFTs has been traded 1816 times in total (which means more than 10 sales in each day on average) and 12th August with 75 trades is the nosiest day since May 2022. \n Also, we can see the overall trade numbers are decreasing in recent months compared to May, June and July.
First part: Dapper Utility Coin based trades stats:
In each day 115.4K $USD has been transferred in RaceDay NFTs on average, and if we look at weekly schema, The average sale volume is almost 800 $USD and 3990 $USD is the monthly Average volume in Dapper Utility Coin trades.
As we see 20lk $USdD has been transferred between wallets in these trades
12 August with 14k has the highest volume record here, this date is the only date with more than 1k sale volume!
If we look at the trader wallets, we see generally the wallets selling RaceNFTs are more than the wallets buying them how ever in recent month the gap between the buyer and seller wallets has been decreased comparing with the months like August or June, where the seller wallets were significantly more than the buyer ones!
Second part: Flow token based trades stats:
The average price of NFTs is moving between $10 to $20 in most days, however it had some +$40 spikes or also bellow $10 falls to in several days too.
4th September with averagely $80 price for each NFT was the nost expensive day for trading.
Th notable thing here is the huge difference between trade counts with Flow token and the trade counts with Dapper Utility Coin!
Users are purchasing RaceDay NFTs which Flow token almost 7k more than Dapper Utility Coin!
But the difference is there are many blank days in Flow based trading timeline (11~25 July for example) while in Dapper Coin trades there was less than 5 blank days!
528k flow tokens have been paid for purchasing RacerDay NFTs and the $USD value of these tokens is $1.22M, which is 6x more than the Dapper Coin based trade volume. \n The highest sale volume in a single day in Flow based trades happened on 4th October 2022, with 81.4k Flow transfers! \n In below you can see the average sales volume of flow based trades in daily, weekly and monthly timeframes starting from May 2022:
If we look at the daily trader wallets chart, we see the number of the wallets trading RceDays with $Flow is much less than the Dapper Coin traders and in many days there is only 1 buyer on this type of the trades!
By looking at the average sale prices in each day, and comparing it with the sales count (which was more than 5k trades in each day) we can see the volume is transferring between the trades with low amounts but many trades, as the price of the sold NFs is low in the most days.
Third part: Overall stats:
$1.244M has been spent in RaceNFT purchases in total and 98.4% of these volume is coming from $flow based sales, 24th May has the highest sale volume here with $181.4k sales and 181.27k of these volume belongs to $flow based sales.
246 different wallets has bought at least 1 RaceDay since May 2022 and 73.6% of this wallets are Dapper wallets which means 181 wallets in total
Fourth Part: Minting Stats:
Generally, minting RaceNFTs has been decreased compared with earlier month and never reached above 1000 mints per day since 18th July! \n 744 different wallets have minted at least 1 RaceDay NFT and a total of 21.7k NFTs have been minted since May. \n We can see each wallet has minted 29.2 NFTs on average, which is a sizable amount.

- RaceDay Fans Definition: All wallets selling or purchasing RaceDay NFTS
109 wallets how have interacted with RaceDay NFTs since May 2022, have purchased at least 1 NFT from NBA Top Shot collection. these wallets have purchased 10.91k NFTs from Top Shot in total and paid 124k for them. which means each fan has purchased 100 NBA Top Shot NFTs for a $11.37 price and paid $1138 on average
NBA Top Shot, The most famous NFT collection on Flow is the project which has the most crossover with RaceNFT fans, 41.5% of all purchased NFTs by RaceNFT fans are NBA Top Shot collection which is 11.755k in total.
Finally, if we track the fans activity on NBA Top Shot purchasing, we see 30 RaceDay fans have purchased between 10~50 NFTs and this amount of purchases is the most popular trend among all RaceNFTs fans, with just 1 less fan the second popular activity is buying between 2 to 10 NFTs.
Also, by looking at their behavior on buying Top Shots we see 64.6% of the fans are buying their next NBA Top Shot NFT on the same day that they bought the last one!
Conclusion
- Users buy RaceDay NFTs with Dapper Utility Coin more frequent than with Flow token (73.6% of buyers are using Dapper Coin) but Flow based trades have much more volume in $USD. ( 98.4% of trade volume is coming from $flow based sales)
- Since May 2022, $1.244M has been spent in RaceNFT purchases in total
- Overall trade counts and volume are decreasing in recent months compared with the earlier months.
- Generally, unique seller wallets are more than unique buyer ones, In fact, many users prefer to mint RaceDay NFTs instead of buying in secondary market.
- Same as trading, minting RaceNFTs has been decreased compared with earlier month too, the daily mints count has never reached above 1000 mints per day since 18th July.
- 744 different wallets have minted at least 1 RaceDay NFT and a total of 21.7k NFTs have been minted since May.
- 41.5% of all purchased NFTs by RaceNFT fans are NBA Top Shot collections which is 11.755k in total.
- 109 wallets how have interacted with RaceDay NFTs since May 2022, have purchased at least 1 NFT from NBA Top Shot collection. these wallets have purchased 10.91k NFTs from Top Shot in total and paid 124k for them and most of them have purchased between 10~50 NFTs.
- 64.6% of the RacerNFT fans who purchase NBA Top Shot, buy their next NBA Top Shot NFT on the same day that they bought the last one.
