Rari Capital: Fuse USDC Vault allocation

Rari capital is a decentralized exchange where users can deposit, lend, borrow, and earn rewards by investing in this platform. Furthermore, Rari provides a stable vault (DAI, USD) for users to profit from the yield. This vault generates a low-risk strategy investment, making it relatively safe for new users to invest in the "Fuse" pools.
