Sablier Cash Streams
Q9. Out of all streams of cash created on Sablier, how many have been cancelled before their stop time?
Sablier is a protocol for real-time finance built on the Ethereum blockchain which allows you to create money streams. Similar to streaming a movie or song, Sablier lets you stream money or payments in real-time. Sablier's money streams can be used in many different ways.
If the stream is canceled before the start time, the entire deposit amount is returned fully to users.
If the stream is canceled although active, the smart contracts calculate the amount that has been streamed, transfer that money to the recipient and return the rest to users.
If the stream is canceled after the stream is canceled, the smart contract transfers all the remaining funds to the recipient if there are any available funds.
On December 8th, 2020, the most stream was created. On this day, the total created stream was 1001. On December 7th, the total of creating streams was 24, so we have to find any news or trends on this day that caused this increase. By searching on their Twitter account, I found a tweet on this day that is not written by the official team but is retweeted. This tweet was from Jeff Garzik, who is known as the CEO of blockchain startup Bloq. In this tweet, it said that they added MET_Token to their interface. I think this caused this increase.
The total stream that was created on Sablier from the first date till now was around 5000.
This number shows that cancel actions that happen after the start time and before the stop time.
