A community-run platform for cloud computing, NEAR Protocol is a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchain enabling smart contracts. Almost 21.44 million Near are held in the whale's wallet with the most Near. According to the top 20 Welsh wallets, this wallet holds 18.6% of the total Near amount.
