Findings - part 1

According to the charts presented and the results obtained, from the point of view of events_name, it can be said that the four modes Transfer, Approval, Swap and Withdraw have the highest number of transactions after Bridging.

In the cumulative graph, it can be seen that Transfer and Approval are growing more steeply than the others. Also, Swap has overtaken the others and reached the third place with the passage of time.

But as it was said at the beginning, these results cannot accurately evaluate the transactions. For more and more detailed analysis, I have done section analyzing.

Findings - part 2

• Surveys show that the most popular transactions after bridging were interaction with Dex, Operator, NFT and Defi, respectively.
• DEX
  • In this section, Uniswap has won the first rank with more than 50% of transactions, and 1inch ranks second after that.
  • OP token has the most amount of swap after bridging. In the charts, the top 20 tokens are introduced in the swap_to term without bridging.
• NFT
  • Quixotic,Apetimism and Cryptotesters have been 3 most popular NFT collections to interact with after doing bridge
• Defi
  • aave weth gateway ,synthenix : proxy fee pool and stargate finance have been three most popular subplatforms to interact with after bridging

Section 1 - Ethereum side - Bridging stats

In this section, I have examined 4 famous currencies with which the largest amount of transfers are made and I have compared them in terms of value and number of bridge transactions. These four currencies are: ETH, USDC, USDT and DAI

Findings :

According to the charts presented and the results obtained, it can be said that the highest transfer value belongs to the ETH token with a total volume of $157M, followed by USDC with $83M, DAI with $21M, and USDT with $13M. On May 30, 2022, the largest transfer volume was recorded, the approximate value of which is 21 million dollars. On this date, the most transfers belonged to Ethereum with 13 million dollars in more than 3000 transactions.

**According to the cumulative charts, it can be seen that in early 2021, the transfer volume of ethereum was less than usdc, but over time, ethereum overtook it and took the first place with a significant upward slope.

There are also other currencies such as wbtc, which were ignored due to their small volume and number.**

Section 2 - Optimism side - First Actions

In this section, I have looked at the issue from the receivers' side and tried to examine the first transactions after receiving the bridged assets from two perspectives. The first aspect is the event analysis, which has been analyzed the actions after the bridge . The second one is section analysis, which is more accurate than the previous one and has been examined from more points of view.
