What is Quixotic Crypto?

Quixotic is the largest NFT marketplace operating on Optimism. Soon after the Optimism airdrop announcement, Quixotic announced its official launch to the masses. Because it runs on Optimism, its transactions and operations are fast and cheap compared to other marketplaces.

Since its launch, Quixotic managed to save more than USD 1.7 million in fees for its users. This figure is very impressive, seeing that the launch happened only around 1 month ago. Additionally, the platform boasts a total of more than 14,500 addresses that traded NFTs, with a total volume traded of more than 700 ETH. Pretty impressive!

Findings 1

• In terms of the number of total sales, Opensea has been ranked first by selling more than its competitors (14M), and MagicEden is in second place with a relatively small distance(13M), and Quix is in third place with 70K.Quixhas recently experienced a significant jump in terms of sales numbers and this is quite evident in the daily sales chart.
• In terms of the number of total Buyers, Opensea has been ranked first by selling more than its competitors (1.36M), and MagicEden is in second place with a relatively small distance(588K), and Quix is in third place with 22.5K.
• All three networks are in a good position in terms of sales and buyers growth.
• In terms of the average daily sales volume, MagicEden ranks first, more than others and with an average of about ten times.
• In terms of avg buyers/day : Opensea is ranked first by 28.5k, MagicEden ranked second with 15.13k and Quix ranked third by 125
• in terms of avg sales/day : MagicEden is ranked first by 53.2k, Opensea ranked second with 52.4k and Quix ranked third by 263
• in terms of USD per Sale : MagicEden is ranked first by 2400, Opensea ranked second with 1230 and Quix ranked third by 32
• in terms of USD per Buyer : MagicEden is ranked first by 54k, Opensea ranked second with 13k and Quix ranked third by 100
• Opensea could attract more new users than other two
• Whales were more active in MagicEden

Findings 2

• 39% of buyers on Magic Eden , Hold their NFTs for 1-10 days and 33.5% hold for less than 24 hours!, but in terms of Opensea, 65% hold for more than 1 month. Also, 30 % of Quix buyers hold for more than 1 month and

  24.5% hold for 1-10 days. so, more Flipping is seen on MagicEden than other two platforms.

• Bored Ape YC and The Otherside are two most popular Collections on Opensea

• Optipunk and Apetimism are two most popular Collections on Quix

• Number of collections : MagicEden 1015, Opensea 3643 and Quix 112

• USD per collection : MagicEden 3.3M, Opensea 368K and Quix 1571

• Number of unique buyers per collection Opensea 134, MagicEden 119 and Quix 47

• According to the results obtained and the comparisons made, Quix cannot currently be recognized as a competitor to the other two platforms, but due to the advantages mentioned, in the not too distant future, by attracting more users and introducing new ,collections, Quix can make a more growing process.
