The Rainbow Bridge

Q2. Every city has its monuments, as well as its transit systems. In the City of NEAR, the legendary Rainbow Bridge is an object of great importance to the people: a wondrous object that enables passage to and from other cities. Introduction

In this dashboard, I will analyse the activity of the Rainbow Bridge. I will look into the activity metrics: the daily number of transactions, as well as the daily number of unique wallets that are bridging their assets to and from NEAR using the Rainbow Bridge in the past 90 days.

I will also look for some correlations between the number of bridging transactions and the number of unique users.

    Key Points:

    • There seems to be more unique users bridging assets from NEAR to ETH compared to vice versa. However, this is not very visible in the number of transactions executed on a daily basis, where we can see that the numbers are quite close for both destinations.
    • The scatter graphs tell us that there is some strong correlation between the number of transactions executed and the number of unique users - we can see that on most days, the average number of transactions executed per each user is constant. In other words, no users make a significant portion of the total number of transactions, for example there is no user who makes a thousand of bridging transactions.

    Conclusion

I was sadly not able to investigate how much money is being bridged from each destination on a daily basis. However, the insights found in this analysis include some interesting metrics, such as the daily number of unique users that bridge their assets as well as the daily total number of bridging transactions.
