The DeFi Table for Avalanche

The new avalanche.dim_dex_liquidity_pools is filled with information about all the Liquidity Pools (LPs) created on Avalanche, and I decided to use them to show an overview of the LP's Activity.

What is a Liquidity Pool (LP)?

This was the name given to the revolutionary Product by Uniswap when it launched on Ethereum. Like a normal "Pool" it can be filled with "Liquidity" in the form of ERC-20 Tokens. 
Traders can use Liquidity Pools to exchange their Tokens with a price that is determined by an Automatic Market Maker (AMM)

What is a Platform?

In Avalanche there are multiple Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Projects that allow the creation and usage of Liquidity Pools, and sometimes these Projects can have multiples products for example:

• Trader Joe is an Avalanche DeFi Project that has two platforms called trader-joe-v1 and trader-joe-v2 in the data tables because they recently launched the Trader Joe v2 LPs that allow new features that the previous v1 didn't have.
