Introduction

In this dashboard, we will look into:

1. The number of the of unique programs used per day since the beginning of January.
2. What are the 5 most commonly used programs over that timeframe.

Method

I calculated the number of unique programs used since the beginning of January and grouped them by day to get the number of unique programs used per day.

We can see from the graph above that the number of unique programs used per day has been continuously growing since the beginning of January, peaking on February 8th with 543 unique programs used.

The graph above shows the top 5 most commonly used programs since the beginning of January

• According to the graph above, we can observe that Pyth Oracle has been the most commonly used program  since the beginning of January, with over 995 million transactions. This is due to the fact that many transactions will require oracles to receive the most up-to-date token pricing.

• The second most commonly used program is Serum DEX V3 with more than 401 million transaction used. Serum is a decentralized exchange software built on Solana where cryptocurrencies can be bought and sold by traders.
