In this dashboard, I will answer this question from Flipside Crypto:

Show the total monthly swap volume on ParaSwap over the past year. How has the swap volume changed over time? Which DEX’s is most of the swap volume coming from?

Method

Ethereum:
1.Find all the Paraswap related transactions using the udm_events table with from_address is in 2 of the Paraswap contracts.

2.Query those transactions in the dex_swaps table to get the volume.

The graph above shows volume topping at about 1 billion in October and declining to less than 100 milion currently.

only ETH Chain,

Most of the DEX volume comes from uniswap-v3. ( ~ 2.4B)

Least DEX volume comes from curve. ( ~ 0.63B)

Additions

I only take into the calculation of Paraswap Monthly Volume on ETH as the value I got for Paraswap Monthly Volume for MATIC is extraordinarily huge and unreasonable.

The Growth of Paraswap over the past year has been healthy.

Max Swap Volume was 1.11B, in the month of October this year.

Min Swap Volume was 195M, around the month of April last year.
