Q1. Analyze the on-chain voting for NounsDAO. Which proposals have had the most engagement, relative to the number of tokens minted?

    Method

I used the ethereum.core.fact_event_logs table then filtered by:

    • origin_to_address = [ '0x6f3e6272a167e8accb32072d08e0957f9c79223d', '0x2573c60a6d127755aa2dc85e342f7da2378a0cc5', '0xae7f458667f1b30746354abc3157907d9f6fd15e', '0x37b8e20646d174b00198b7e183dd1f25520c0f60', '0xcc2688350d29623e2a0844cc8885f9050f0f6ed5', '0xf6c625851d48fe26b50d96b821a87efc7e35c222' ]

    • T1.ORIGIN_FUNCTION_SIGNATURE = '0x56781388' OR '0x7b3c71d3' (VoteCast, delegate_call)

Then I analyzed the proposals based on the number of votes and voters and votes type.

    • support = '0' AS number_of_false_votes

    • support = '1' number_of_true_votes

    • support = '2' number_of_abstain_votes

    What is NounsDAO?

Nouns DAO utilizes a fork of compound governance and is the main governing body of the Nouns ecosystem. The Nouns DAO treasury receives 100% of ETH proceeds from daily Noun auctions. Each Noun is an irrevocable member of Nouns DAO and entitled to one vote in all governance matters. Noun votes are non-transferable (if you sell your Noun the vote goes with it) but delegatable, which means you can assign your vote to someone else as long as you own your Noun.
