Messina.One is a Bridge for Algorand. Users are able to bridge tokens between Algorand and Ethereum via a noncustodial manner.

Messina is initially launched by offering bridging USDC. However, soon goBTC and goETH will be added into the platform.

This dashboard provides an overview of the Messina performance and popularity since its launch.

Graphs below presents the following metrics on the performance and popularity of the Messina bridge.

• Number of bridges
• Number of unique users (bridgers)
• Volume of bridges

Through the below graphs, comparisons over time, as well as comparisons between ‘Inflow' (ETH ==> ALGO) and ‘Outflow' (ALGO ==> ETH) of USDC through the Messina bridge, is possible.

Observations at the time of writing (on 2022-11-21)

The data and analysis show that the use of Messina is growing both in terms of the number of bridges and the volume of bridges.

We can see that the bridge is used slightly more through ETH=>ALGO direction rather ALGO=>ETH.
