Active users: SEI wallet addresses that have executed at least one transaction within a specific timeframe.

Engaged users: SEI wallet addresses that have executed at least one transaction on more than 50% of days since the launch of the SEI mainnet.

Highly-active users: SEI wallet addresses that have executed at least 5 transaction per day on average.
