• We take a glance at the basic stats for the mint:
  • Total Mints and their minters
  • The charts for the mints/minters over time.

• We can clearly spot the time when the slots for the day are released/announced. That’s the time when the maximum activity seems to take place.
• People are quite eager to mint as soon as possible instead of having to wait another day.

Minting Experience/Failures

• Just a handful of transactions that failed, overall the mint has been smooth so far!

Minting Costs

• Despite the mint being free, the mint involves Ethereum fees…Which as we all know can be a pain in the ass.
• Some folk have ended up paying upwards of $20!

ShroomDK transfers & Secondary Sales

• It’s interesting that there are folk buying/selling a free utility collection on the secondary market already!
• The number of (non-sale) transfers are quite low.

Who are the Minters? Flipside Regulars or New Folk? 🤔

• GodMode Minters/Holders:

  • GodMode is Flipside’s other NFT collection that allows the holders to claim unlimited analysis bounties, among various other perks
  • It seems the folk are split almost evenly, with GodMode related minters just slightly ahead for now.

• Existing Flipside Bounty Hunters/Analysts

  • Using the on-chain data, we can deduce if the minters have been paid previously for a submission, grading, etc tasks.
  • In this case, it seems the majority of Shroom minters are actually new!
  • This has a limitation as we are limited to only ETHereum payouts with this approach.
  • Alternatively, people could have used another wallet too!
