Methodology
The charts and visualizations provided in this dashboard are self-explanatory. However, here are some tips when viewing them for each collection:
- The sales overview section covers the whole selected range for all of the collections, regardless of the time interval;
- The metrics presented in the daily averages section were calculated by summing up the value of that particular metric and dividing it over the number of days in the selected range;
- For the timely sales section, the daily amount, cumulative value, and daily share of different metrics have been evaluated for all of the collections in the designated date range and time interval;
- In the sales heatmap section, the value of various metrics was measured for different hours on different days throughout a week, considering the selected date range;
- For the most expensive NFTs section, the top 20 NFTs of the analyzed collections with the highest price over the selected date range have been investigated;
- The holders section covers the overall top 20 holders throughout the selected range with their holdings categorized based on the collections.

Introduction
The NFT ecosystem on Solana is booming in 2022 with various NFT collections for every taste. However, in terms of sports-themed collections, there are not too many collections active on the network, compared to the likes of Moments on the Flow blockchain. In this analysis, the sales overview of those available sports NFT collections on Solana have been provided in various charts to allow the viewers to compare them simultaneously.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the sales analysis of some of the sports-themed NFT collections on Solana has indicated that the sales of these collections are drastically lower compared to the other collections on the network. Regardless, the sales data have demonstrated that the Suites has had the highest sales volume in recent weeks, while the Collectorz Club has seen a boost with the launch of its Gen1 NFTs. Except for the Suites which was the most consistent collection with almost at least a sale every day, there were days that the other collection went without a single sale. In general, these collections were active mostly throughout the weekdays compared to the weekends. In terms of price, the NFTs of the Suites has been the most expensive ones by a considerable margin compared to the NFTs of other collections. These NFTs have had a share of around 65% of the portfolio of the top holders in terms of value, while only covering around 21% of their holdings in terms of the number of NFTs.

Insights
- Among the analyzed collections, The Suites has by far had the largest sales volume. However, the number of sales, traded NFTs, and the number buyers of The Collectorz have been in a similar range as The Suites when combining both its Gen0 and Gen1;
- For the daily averages, the average values for all of the other collections were also measured to provide a better comparison. As the data suggests, the average sales of sports collection have been much lower compared to the other collections;
- Interestingly, the average price for the Collectorz and the Suites were higher compared to other collections;
- The timely sales analysis of each collection has demonstrated that among them, the suites have been the most consistent throughout the measured period with the most number of days having at least one sale;
- Besides the suites which had the highest sales share for most of the days, the Collectorz Club Gen1 had a surge in its sales in early August. The Hockey Heroes has also seen an increase in its sales on some of the days throughout the recent months;
- While there have been periods in which the NFT price of these collections had increased, overall their prices have stayed in a steady range. In general, NFTs of none of these collections could be considered expensive;
- The sales heatmap has depicted that almost all of the collections have had higher sales throughout the weekdays and in either the early hours or in the evenings;
- The analysis of the most expensive NFTs has indicated that in various date ranges, the NFTs of the Suites have had the highest sales prices compared to the other sports collections;
- The analysis of the top holders has demonstrated that in terms of the number of holdings, there has been a healthy distribution between the Collecturz Club Gen1, the Suites, and the Hockey Heroes collections. However, the Suites have had the highest share in terms of the NFT holding values.
