in this dashboard we will check some metrics about Algo and analyze if it's partnership with Fifa affected these metrics and Algorand ecosystem. On May 2nd, Algorand announced a technical partnership with Fifa so we will track data from one week before May 2nd 2022 to the current date. by this way we will track data before and after the announcement and the result will be more clear. so all queries are filter to show data from April 25th 2022.

Did we see an uptick in new wallets being created?

as bounty mentioned after Algorand & Fifa Partnership announcement, Algo price went up about 25%. in the next sections we will check other metrics like new wallets created, Algo transferred, transactions and etc.

Did we see an uptick in new wallets being created?

in Algo wallets that are created are connected to Algorand blocks. which means when a wallet is created the block of it's creation will be recorded and through that block id we can find the time of creation. so the next chart shows wallets created per day since Apr 25th.

the chart shows that created new wallets increased from May 2nd. on May 2nd there is about 8691 new wallet and after that time new wallets got doubled and on May 8th there is 331K new wallet.

so partnership with Fifa caused new wallets growth.

Did we see more ALGOs being transferred on a daily basis?

in this section we look for ALGOs being transferred per day. the next chart shows daily ALGOs transferred since Apr 25th.

as we see from May 2nd amount of Algo sent decreased by day. and on May 6th about 239 million Algo were sent. so the partnership with fifa impacted Algo transfer per day.

Did we see more transactions happening occurring?

we have to count transaction per day and check it for any trends. so the chart for count of transactions per day is:

total transaction count per day shows an increasing too. after May 2nd users did more transaction per day in compare to previous days.

Did we see more wallets sending ALGOs from centralized exchanges to their onchain wallets?

first we should find centralized exchanges wallet address and then look for sent amount from these wallets. so the total amount and the total count of user's wallet which were sending Algo to their wallets per day is:

this chart shows both total wallets and total amount that users transferred Algo from cex to their wallets. and we see an increasing trend in both of them.

Did we see an influx of swaps?

another metrics to check if partnership affected the algorand is to check how many swaps are done per day.

total swaps per day since May 2nd increased too but not as much as other metrics. the chart counted total swap done on Algorand.
