this dashboard is about Flow blockchain that we will compare it to other L1s in terms of user retention.

we will filter data to start from January 2022.

and we will compare user retention to Solana and Ethereum too.

Ethereum and Solana are a very well known blockchains and have a lot of users maybe this is not a very good comparison, but lets see what we will find for these 3 networks.

we will find a number for average day for second transactions for users. which we found it by below method:

we first found all users with their minimum transaction timestamp on blockchain and then look for second transaction that they did in the next day or next days means that we considered second transaction as transactions that are at least one day older than first transaction.

so for Flow these data showed up:

on 2022 there is about 4.66M that have transacted on 2022.

1.149M of them had transacted again in 2022 which their second transaction is at least one day older than first transaction.

and most important things is that average day for second transactions is about 5.41 days.

we can not anything about this numbers for sure so lets compare it to other L1 blockchains.

on 2022 about 9.14M unique users had transacted in 2022.

about 3.74 M of them have transacted again.

average duration day from first transaction to second one is about 11.83 days.

if we compare average duration day between their first and second transaction, Flow users are more keen to transact again in it sooner than Solana users.

and these numbers are for Ethereum.

on 2022 about 24M unique users have transacted on Ethereum.

about 8.82M of them had transacted again after their first transaction.

and average duration day between their first and second transaction is 29.9 days.

so Flow users are more eager to transact sooner after their first transaction.

of course flow users are less than Ethereum and Solana per day.
