this dashboard will analyze NEAR Performance and compare it to Harmony.

we will find Near TPS and also its success rate and then compare it to Harmony in number of minutes and also failed rate for transactions.

all data are filtered to start from January 2022.

Above chart is Near average TPS since January 2022.

TPS is transaction per second which means all transactions that can be process in a second. higher TPS is a good metric for any network and it guarantee high speed of a network.

we know that Near network has less users in compare to Algorand for example.

as we see TPS for Near are not so high and it may because of it’s low number of users.

highest TPS was on Jan 17th that was about 40 transaction per seconds.

above chart is Near success rate from January 2022.

in some day success rate is very low for a blockchain but in most days is more than 80%.

success rate is total number of success transactions divided by total number of transactions multiply 100.

above chart compares average transaction per minute which we called it TPM for Near and Harmony.

Harmony has more TPM than Near.

and by day TPM is decreasing for both blockchain.

and finally above chart shows percentage of fail transactions for Near and Harmony from Jan 2022.

half of days on 2022 fail percentage for Harmony is more than Near and for remain half days it is vice versa.

and a good thing about these two is that fail percentage is decreasing per day.

as a total result we compared Near to Harmony network and we guess that Near have a lot of works to do to decrease it’s fail percentage for it’s transactions and speed up it’s TPM and TPS.
