Introduction

smart contracts are most important part of blockchains which do a lot of useful and also harmful stuff on crypto projects.

every one can set up a smart contract that help crypto users and be used by some purposes.

in this dashboard we will analyze Near new contracts that are created per day and also show some other data about them.

Methodology

we have used ==near.core.fact_actions_events== table and filter it for action names that are equal to =='DeployContract'== and we count these as new contracts that are created on Near.

also data are filtered to start from January 2022.

Analyze

we will show number of contracts created per day in Near since Jan 2022.

also we will find top contracts that users interacted with them.

now lets see the data we have in this dashboard.

From January 2022 there is about 26.41K new contract created so far.

we found deploy contract actions from Jan 2022 and count them and then came to this number.

in the upcoming parts we will show new contracts created per day and also compare it to Near statistics itself.

on above chart we have number of new contracts created per day since January 2022.

number of contracts created per day are almost stable except some days that number of contracts created are increased more than usual. for example on Jan 14th there is about 1K new contracts deployed which is much more than other days like Jan 13th or Jan 15th.

on April and some days of May number of contracts created increased in compare to January for example.

to fact check the data we can look at above photo which showsdaily number of new contracts on Near.

photo contains all time data for new contracts.

as its shown on the photo on July 21th there is 1,276 contracts deployed at that day. if we find July 21th on our chart, it says that 1,306 new contracts deployed which is real close to Near statistics itself.

as above data shows, as an average in a day about 124 new contracts are deployed from January 2022.

this number shows that Near is in a grow trend. while new contracts are deployed it means that new ideas are coming to Near and it will attract new users to Near and for sure it can help Near to grow day by day.

names are really not important but we have found unique contract names that are created from Jan 2022.

so from Jan 2022 there is about 11.12K unique contracts names created. for sure contract performance and idea is much more important than it’s name.

we have found top 10 new contracts, which are contracts that created on 2022, that Near users interacted with them more than other contracts.

aurora has been used about 53.4M times and it makes it top new contract by used count.

app.nearcrowd.near which is top 2 in our list has been used about 28M times in 2022.

USN which is Near stablecoin is top 10 in our list and has been used 376.4K since January 2022.

Result

from January 2022 about 26.41K new contracts were created in Near blockchain.

as an average in a day about 124 new contracts on 2022 are created.

aurora is the top contract by used count since Jan 2022.

analytics.nearapps.near is the top contract by number of unique users that has used it.

we also found top 10 new contracts by number of unique users which here are called signers on Near.

so by number of unique users that has used contracts, analytics.nearapps.near is the top contract which about 855.9K unique users has used it from Jan 2022.

marketplace.paras.near has been used by about 40.11K unique users which makes it top 2 on our list.

aurora which was top one by number of used, in this chart is top 7 which has been used by 10.9K unique Near users.
