This dashboard is accessed by a synthetic browser test in Datadog that "tests the overall velocity API health" (Don's quote). The test right-clicks on a chart to confirm element rendered -- originally the test was used on the Terra Console but Engineering continued using it for "overall velocity API health" after the Terra console was deprecated.
