What is Swapr?
Swapr is a multi-chain AMM with a suite of unique features including LP governance, DIY farming, and much more. Swapr is the first automated market maker (AMM) to allow for adjustable swap fees through governance and has been organically developed within the DXdao community. Swapr marks the first time a DAO has launched a DeFi protocol on Ethereum.
The Swapr protocol will be governed by SWPR token holders through the ERC20 Guild Structure, where tokens are locked for voting. Voting weight is directly proportional to the number of tokens locked in the governance contract. SWPR token holders can use their voting power to:
Adjust and govern the protocol fee Manage the Swapr Guild Treasury Allocate liquidity mining rewards to targeted pools Deploy the Swapr Guild and the Swapr protocol to additional networks Adjust the base pairs that trades are routed through Improve the Swapr protocol and Swapr dApp
Swapr was developed and is currently governed by DXdao. The SWPR token is the first step toward fractionalization in governance and establishing sovereignty for Swapr. The bootstrapping and liquidity mining phases will create a wider distribution of SWPR to community stakeholders and further its decentralization.
Swapr’s fee structure will direct protocol fees to those who stake SWPR in the governance contract. Funds are automatically split and can be allocated to either the Swapr Treasury or the SWPR fee share, managed by Swapr Governance. In the initial proposed model, all protocol fees will be sent to a smart contract where it will be divided:
70% to the Swapr Treasury;
30% to the SWPR Fee Share.

Findings
In this section, we analyze the status of the number and volume of swap transactions on the Swapr exchange using different charts. In the "Daily Number of Swaps and Swappers" chart, we see the number of swaps and swappers on a daily basis In the chart, we can see that the number of swaps and swappers is normal from July to mid-September. But from mid-September to October, we are facing an increase in swaps and swappers. After November 13, we see a decrease in the number of swaps and swappers. The important reason can be the FTX crisis, which caused a decrease in trust in cryptocurrencies markets. In the month of November, we are also facing a sharp increase/decrease in swap transactions, which could be due to the sharp fall of the crypto market after the announcement of an FTX Collapse. In the chart, we can see the highest number of swap transactions on November 6, 2022. On November 6, 2022, more than 37k swap transactions with a value of 123.6 thousand dollars have been made by 85 swappers.
In the "Daily Volume of Swaps and Swappers [USD]" chart, we can see the volume of swap transactions and the number of swappers. The largest volume of swaps was performed on November 6, 2022. On February 10, 2023, 164 swap transactions with a volume of 40.4k dollars have been made by 80 swappers. In November, the volume of swap transactions Increased due to the FTX Collapse.
Findings
In "Cumulative Number of Swaps (Cyan) and Cumulative Number of Swappers (Blue)" and "Cumulative Volume of Swaps (Cyan) and Cumulative Number of Swappers (Blue)" charts, we can see the number and volume of swap and super transactions cumulatively. We can see in the charts, the total number and volume of swap transactions and swappers reached 76.6k swap transactions with a value of 4.75 million dollars by 26.7k swappers on March 7, 2023.
In "Daily Average Number of Swaps (Blue) and Average Volume of Swaps (Cyan)" chart, we see the average number and volume of swap transactions since July 2022.
Findings
In this section, we examine the status of top traders in terms of the number and volume of swap transactions using different charts.
In "Top Traders by Number of Swaps" and "Top Traders by Volume of Swaps [USD]" charts, we see the number and volume of transactions of each trader's wallet. The largest number and volume of transactions is related to [0xef125e49fb1a1bc5f8025b364ca5486368ff87a9] wallet. In the pie charts, we see the top 10 traders based on the number and volume of swap transactions. More than 22% of swap transactions were done by [0xef125e49fb1a1bc5f8025b364ca5486368ff87a9] wallet. It means that [0xef125e49fb1a1bc5f8025b364ca5486368ff87a9] wallet has made 507 swap transactions with a volume of 4.2k dollars. [0xdb432d0aa38ddd4ecc0d9e2b41433a284ba1d14b] wallet is in the second place with 504 transactions in the amount of 5.5 thousand dollars. [0x07349fe9d2b90fb21fa823246ae46589b4c8e7a2] wallet is also in the third place with 11.1% of the number of transactions with a volume of more than 2.2 thousand dollars.

In this dashboard, we analyzed the status of swaps in the Swapr exchange from various aspects. We have seen that USDC, USDT, and Dai stablecoins have the highest number and volume of swap transactions in Swapr Exchange. We checked the impact of the bear market and the Terra crisis in the charts and we saw that the volume of swap transactions decreased in May and June and the transaction volume of algorithmic stablecoins decreased due to the Terra crisis.
