How did users mint?
- 175 NFTs were minted in the first hour of the WL Sale, followed by 38 NFTs in the second hour
- 48% (55/115) of the users minted 1 NFT during the first hour while the remaining 52% minted the max of 2 NFTs
- 218 NFTs were minted in the first hour of the Public Sale
- 67% (86/127) of the users minted 1NFT during the first hour
- Bulk of the mint occurs within the first 3 hours of the mint
Characteristics of Wallet Addresses/Users:
- Wallet Activity - Age
- Wallet Activity - Transaction Frequency
Wallet Age is defined by the difference between the date of the earliest transaction (from 29th May) and the Mint Date of 15th Jul
Wallet Activity is defined by the number of transactions completed by wallet address prior to Mint Date of 15th Jul (inclusive)
- Total of 337 minters participated in Friend Forest’s mint
- 56.7% of minters minted only in the Public Mint
- 41.8% of minters minted only in the Allowlist
- 58.4% of all NFTs minted were minted in public
- 41.6% of all NFTs minted were minted during allowlist
- 65.4% of all users only minted 1 NFT
- 27.3% of all users minted 2 NFTs
- only 1.17% of users minted 4 NFTs
On Wallet Age:
- The bulk of minters has a wallet age of >40 days
- the 3rd most common wallet age is 0 days → 32 wallets were created on the day of the mint.
- This represents 11.3% (32/284) of all minters
- Given that the wallets were created on the day of the mint, it is highly likely that these are burner wallets
Similar distribution seen in MooWorld’s mints → with close to 10% of minters created their wallet on the day of the mint.
On Wallet Transactions:
- 18.7% of minters have <10 transactions
- 47.2% of minters have >50 transactions
- 30.3% of minters have >100 transactions
It is also likely that 18.7% are burner addresses due to the lack of transactions.
Similar distribution was also seen in MooWorld’s mints (18.1%)
On Mint Quantity vs Wallet Age and Wallet Activity
- There might be some correlation between the higher mint quantities and older wallets (see graph on the left)
- 75% of all minters with who minted 5 NFTs have a wallet age of >40 days (Note that the sample size is only 12)
Out of the NFTs that have been minted by minters:
- Current Unique Holder count at 399 with each holder holding 1.5 NFT on average
- 75% of NFTs have not been transferred nor sold
- 22.5% of NFTs minted have been sold
- Only 3.3% of NFTs have been transferred
Taking a closer look at what users do after mint
(excluding users who minted and never sold or transferred)
- 17.1% (6 users) of the remaining users minted 2 and sold 1
- 17.1% of the remaining users minted 1 and transferred 1
- 17.1% of the remaining users minted 5 and sold 1
- 11.4% of the remaining users minted 1 and sold 1
Legend: [x,y,z]
x - no. of NFTs minted
y - no. of NFTs transferred
z - no. of NFTs sold
Note that some users may be transferred or sold more than 4 due to purchasing it from the secondary market. In those cases, the NFT sold or transferred amount has been capped at 4.

No. of NFT sold by each type of user/minter:
- 71.4% of all sales are from public minters
- 21.4% of all sales are from allowlist minters
No. of NFT transferred by each type of user/minter:
- close to an even split of transfers between all 2 group types
- Note that only 9 NFTs were transferred in total which is only a small % of the total mint quantity of 512.
No. of NFTs minted by each type user/minter:
- NFTs minted in Public mint - 56.5%
- NFTs minted in Allowlist - 39.8%
- NFTs minted in both Allowlist and Public - 3.69%
(Right) No. of NFTs that were minted and transferred/sold by each type of minter.
(Left) Percentage % Sold by mint group
- Public minters have more than 2.5x the % sold as compared to Allowlist minters.
- Due to the low quantity of minters who minted in both allowlist and public mint, the % sold would not be representative.
No. of NFT sold by wallet addresses sorted by wallet age
- 16% of the NFTs were sold by new accounts (<5 days).
- 58% of the NFTs were sold by older accounts (>40 days).
Public minter sell at a loss more often than allowlist minters
- 51.2% of the all minters who sold were allowlist minters who sold at a profit.
- 29.2% of the all minters who sold were public minters who sold at a loss.
Note that the the allowlist constitutes to 41.6% of all mints
Both allowlist and public minters sold at a loss on average
- On average, allowlist minters who sold at a profit slightly more than public minters who sold at a profit.
- Allowlist minters and public minters who sold at a loss both sold at around 0.3 AVAX below mint price on average.
Taking a closer look at suspected burner wallet who minted during both public and allowlist:
- Looking at sales of burner wallet sorted by wallet age
- Looking at sales of burner wallets sorted by wallet transactions.
Percentage % Sold → Total Sold/Total Minted
Percentage % Seller → Total Sellers/Total Minters
(Second from Left) Percentage % Sold by Wallet Age
- Newer wallets (<5 days) have the highest of 14.5% in % sold
- Wallets between 6-20 days have the lowest of 5.5% in % sold
(Second from Right) Percentage % Seller by Wallet Age
- Wallets between 21- 40 days have the highest 12.2% in % seller
- Wallets between 6-20 days have the lowest of 5.5% in % sold
No. of NFT sold by wallet activity:
- Similarly what we saw in wallet age, there’s only 16% contributed by the wallets with 1-10 transaction.
- Most NFTs were sold by wallets with transactions between 101-1000 followed by wallets with transactions between 51-100 or >1000. (The min no. of tx to qualify may need to be evolving as AVAX NFT Season begins)
(Left) Percentage % Sold by Wallet Activity
- Wallets with 11-50 tx had the lowest % sold of 2.5%
- Wallets with 101-1000 tx had the highest % sold of 14.2%
(Right) Percentage % Seller by Wallet Activity
- Wallets with 11-50 tx had the lowest %seller at 4.1%
- Wallets with 51-100 tx have a lower %seller of 14.6%
Note that the 50% for wallets with >1000 tx may not be representative as that contributes to a small portion of the total NFT minted (14/512)
