What contracts are users spending the most gas on to use? How has this changed over the past week? Past month?

Methodology:

My analysis separated to 3 group. I find top 10 contracts which users spent most gas on them in below periods and visualize them.

• Last week
• Last month
• Total (since Sep 1st, 2021)

For each of them, I show:

1. Top 10 contracts by donut chart.
2. Daily gas spent on them
3. cumulative gas spent on them
4. time-series gas spent on them

Conclusion:

• Aurora is most popular platform on NEAR protocol therefore users spent most gas on it over time.
• The Aurora faces large crowd and we can see spike on daily chart.

Users spend the most gas on Aurora with around 8M unit in last week.

near crowd is on second place with 3M unit in last week.

On July 15th, 2022 Aurora faced a large crowd. This caused the gas to rise strangely.

Top 6 contracts of last month are same as top 6 of last week.
