There are Two bridges in Terra Ecosystem right now. with one being Wormhole and the other TerraBridge, former lunched almost recently and later has a more history. in this analysis we attempted to investigate the fees paid on both bridges to come to a conclusion that which bridge is probably more popular? for this purpose we chose transfers from Terra Blockchain to BSC on both to make it more comparable.

In Terra Bridge users have the option to pay gas fee by luna or ust. so in order to make computations easier we filtered those who only used luna to pay for all transaction fees. In Whormhole there is no protocol fee and people should pay their fee based on the token they are bridging; if you send luna you only need luna to pay the transaction fees, but if you send UST you will need luna and UST for fees. so we filtered those who paid only in luna to make the comparison possible.

the chart doesn't show any particular trend but data shows that number of transactions in our filtered schema are few so respectively Average fee won't be much. considering the average number of transactions in wormhole being a lot more than TerraBridge we can relate the average fee paid to this fact.

a few side points:

• terraBridge uses this formula for fee charged: 1 UST + 0.1% of sent amount. since WH doesn't charge additional fees other than transaction fee of network, probably user who want to send high amounts would prefer WH over TerraBridge.
• this number could differ on other chains specially etherium because of high transaction fees on that blockchain.
• there is also claiming fees when using WH; so a more comprehensive analysis should take that into account as well.
