First we need to get the total tx for each block and then split the transaction by vote and non-vote transactions

So basically, The ratio between vote and non vote transactions is 0.75 it means that every vote transactions is 0.75 non-vote transactions. or we can say that vote transactions is more dominant in solana

now, let's see more detail on hour and daily ratios

this is average ratio transactions for last 30 days per hour. and we can see that the vote transactions and non-vote transaction ratio is between 0.71 and 0.81.

When Average Ratio transactions is 0.811 the highest ratio for the last 30 days and it is happen on 21-22 Jan 2022. where the tx vote transactions is so dominants than usuals

this is correlated with solana issue because on that time (21-22 January 2022). solana is experiencing high levels of network congestion
