What is Algorand?

Algorand (ALGO) is a blockchain platform and cryptocurrency designed to function like a major payments processor. ALGO, the native coin of the Algorand platform, is used to secure the platform and reward the platform's operators.

Who is Staci Warden

Warden has led global teams at the Milken Institute, JP Morgan, the Nasdaq stock exchange, and the U.S. Treasury Department. On February 10th, 2022 the Algorand Foundation announced the appointment of Staci Warden as Chief Executive Officer. Warden, who has served on the Algorand Foundation’s Board since September 2021, stepped into the additional role of CEO.
