    In December 2021 Gamma, a Uniswap v3 liquidity strategy provider, merged with its grant provider Visor which provides the infrastructure Gamma operates on. After the merger, Gamma deploys on all L2’s where Uni v3 exists, including AE, OE, and Polygon.

    Conclusion

    (1). The TVL of Gamma pools and the number of people swapping on these pools seem to be very correlated to the market volatility this can be seen by the fact that the price of ethereum dropped about 30% and the the TVL in the Gamma - ETH pool dropped by around 50% and so did the user activity.

    (2). It seems that the Gamma is very dependent on the price of ethereum and the health of difi on ethereum.
