What are NFTs
A non-fungible token is a financial security consisting of digital data stored in a blockchain, a form of distributed ledger. The ownership of an NFT is recorded in the blockchain, and can be transferred by the owner, allowing NFTs to be sold and traded.
What are Nouns?
Nouns are an experimental attempt to improve the formation of on-chain avatar communities. While projects such as CryptoPunks have attempted to bootstrap digital community and identity, Nouns attempt to bootstrap identity, community, governance, and a treasury that can be used by the community.
Observations
The NounDAO Proposals have had between 8 and 60 voters. The number of voters per proposal has been decreasing since the first proposal. Many of the recent proposals have had between 20 and 40 voters but over 400 voting power of votes which means that many of the recent holders are holding many Nouns and are controlling most of the recent votes.

Conclusion
Out of the 24 governance proposals only 4 of them had over 50% votes rejecting them. Most of the NounDAO votes got over 80% approval from the DAO. Out of all the Vote on NounDAO over 92% of them are accepting the proposals and less than 2% of these votes are Abstain votes. It seems like the first NounDAO proposals got the most engagement in terms of number of wallets voting, but the the newer proposals have much more engagemenrt in terms of voting power.
