Q108. Compare the behavior of USDC swappers with BUSD swappers.

• What is their volume and swap rate?
• Do those results change if you only include synthetics?

First off, we’re gonna dive into BUSD and USDC volume, I calculated their volume in USD so it would be easier to compare them

There were 2916 distinct wallet addresses that have done a swap on USDC , the highest volume of swapping in USD is 31,520,635.3885023

There were 14858 wallet addresses that have done a swap on BUSD**,** the highest volume of swapping in USD in this outcome is 628,197,188.710406 , so if we want to compare the volume of USDC and BUSD, we can say BUSD volume is about 20 times more than USDC.

Now let’s take a look at swaps in a different way; This time I counted the number of daily swaps on USDC, both to and from USDC. As we can see there was a gap in the database from half of July 2021 until November 2021. The highest amount of swaps is 340 USDC swaps in a day.

Now if we take a look at daily number of swaps on BUSD, we can see the highest amount of swapping in a day is 15136. Which is about 45 times more than USDC most swap happened in day, this difference sounds reasonable as there is a huge difference in USDC and BUSD volume of swapping.

Now we’re gonna take a look at our visualizations if we include synthetics.

We have 279 addresses here with the highest volume of 117M USD in swapping

Here in BUSD we have 312 addresses and the highest volume of swapping in USD is 485M

Here in synthetics USDC, we have 4640 swaps as the highest amount of swaps in a day. which is 13 times more than the highest swap count of Eth.USDC

And as the last part, if we take a look at synthetics BUSD we can see that we have 3012 as the highest number of swapping in a day and in comparison with BNB.BUSD, it is 5 times lower!
