Introduction

PoolTogether is a crypto savings protocol which pools the token savings of users (in tokens such as USDC, DAI, UNI, etc.), yield farms them, and randomly award the resulting rewards to some of the users as a prize.

Methodology

When users deposit USDC into PoolTogether on Ethereum, they receive the PoolTogether aUSDC 'ticket' token.

The contract address is 0xdd4d117723C257CEe402285D3aCF218E9A8236E1, found in the PoolTogether docs thanks to a pointer from Discord user sadegh).

This analysis explores total, daily, and average USDC deposits into the above contract in the past month, between (and including) 22 May - 22 June of 2022.
