The largest pools on Uniswap are frequently used to facilitate swaps between tokens in relatively small pools. For example, swapping USDC for SUSHI actually swaps USDC to USDT and USDT to SUSHI. For the three largest pools, calculate what proportion of swap transactions are "simple" swaps of the two tokens in the pool, vs. "complex" swaps of multiple tokens. Tip: Identify "simple swaps" as swaps where there is only one pool_name in the transaction
