In this dashboard, we will look at some metrics that can be used to gauge the performance of the Solana blockchain. We will use the solana.core.fact_transactions and solana.core.swaps table to retrieve the data required. The data will be aggregated on a daily basis.

Some insights from these plots are :

• Between April and May 2022, Solana lost alot of its activity in terms of Transactions and Fees generated
• However, during the same time period, Solana had the most number of users transacting on the network
• This is inspite of the fact that Solana has the most dropped transaction rate during this time period
• This comes during a time when Solana’s price dropped 77% from 136$ to ~30$
• During this same time, we see drop in Blocks and TPS
• However, programs interacted with remained the same
• Looking the the normalized plot of Transaction and Fees, failure rates are higher than the start of the year, however much better than during the May Market crash
