• The minimum time between blocks in Polygon is 2 seconds, while in Arbitrum it is 3 seconds. So Polygon has at least less time between two blocks.

• The average number of processed transactions per block in Polygon is 75.7. while it is 1.16 in Arbitrum. This shows that Polygon has a higher speed in processing transactions.
• The maximum number of processed transactions per block in Polygon is 1332. While it is 128 in Arbitrum. This shows that Polygon has a higher speed in processing transactions.
• The average number of processed transactions per block in Polygon is equal to 1. While it is in Arbitrum 1. Both blockchains have the same performance in this parameter.
