There’s been some unusual activity with Gnosis. We were asked to figure out exactly what’s going on.

    Whats going on on Gnosis?

    • The most significantly news which announced on Oct 5th was, Gnosis Chain’s consensus mechanism will shift from Proof-of-Authority to Proof-of-Stake for complete parity with Ethereum.

If you’re a token holder, your funds will remain as-is during the transition.

Node runners: You must run a consensus client before the merge alongside your existing execution client. Not doing so will cause your node to fork and not follow the right chain. More info below.

For developers, the Gnosis Chain merge will have the same impact as the Ethereum merge. To learn more, subscribe to our official Gnosis Chain Newsletter, and be sure to follow us on Twitter.
