    5th percentile : only 5% of the TPS values during that hour were below that level. Ex: if 5th percentile = 0 TPS, then the lowest 5% of TPS in that hour were 0.

    95th percentile : only 5% of the TPS values during that hour were above that level. Ex: if 95th percentile = 700 TPS, then the highest 5% of TPS in that hour were above 700.
