The Eclipse Score

In this dashboard, we will look at eclipse score. This has been calculated using:

    1. Number of active proposals voted on (By active it is implied that the participation as been within the last 90 days)

    2. The number of proposals where retailers and validators have voted differently are penalised by twice that of the proposals they've voted

    3. The more the voting power, the more centralised the validator is, hence this is also penalised heavily.

So, based on the above 3 metrics, the validator score came out to be:

    Conclusions:

    1. Angel and Talis are the best when it comes to governance based distribution. They are active voters, vote as per the retail's decision and are having a lower voting power implying more decentralisation

    2. Allnodes and larry's stakinghouse are the worst since they do not actively take part in governance and vote against the retail's decision
