Today we explore sales data for Thanksgiving week starting Nov 21 and ending Nov 28. We compare sales, user and price data. The premise was that, given record viewership of the Cowboys Giants game, that this enthusiasm might be reflected in sales activity involving NFL allday NFTs.

We looked at sales, user, and price data, over the past year, and over sales data starting in the fall of 2020. Thanksgiving week was less than remarkable, with sales volume and number of unique buyers less than normal and price lower than average, though that is more of a general reflection of the NFT marketplace.

Sales activity in NFL Alldays brief history has traditionally been slow in the fall. Sales have picked up at the beginning of the year, peaking in late February and then fizzling out, getting brief interest at the beginning of the football season.

    Recap:

    • Sales activity was unspectacular in every way, with lower than average totals for the week of Nov 21 through Nov 28.
    • The price did not fluctuate much, though of course when compared to the year, it was lower than average.
    • This is not an unusual phenomenon as one can ascertain, when looking back further than just the past year.
