How the Lofty Marketplace Works?

The Lofty marketplace consists of buyers (token investors) and sellers (people who want to sell their properties).

Lofty properties are listed by multiple parties that source off-market deals to our marketplace. Some individuals source rental property owners and arrange a purchase agreement for a single property, or package of properties, at a specific price (usually at a discount).

During this time, these individuals typically run a full inspection report, update the property as needed, and lease out vacant units before listing on Lofty's platform.

As a marketplace, Lofty looks to list properties from multiple sources and provides resources for any seller to list properties on our platform. Sellers can submit a request for their property to be sold on our platform using the Sell my property link on .

How our property listing process works:

• Step 1: A seller submits their property to be sold on the Lofty marketplace. The property is either approved or denied based on factors like occupancy status, condition, location, rental history, and more.

• Step 2: Once approved, the property is put under contract by a newly formed LLC. The LLC is then tokenized into individual $50 tokens on the Algorand blockchain.

• Step 3: A professional property inspection company will inspect the property and provide a report. If repairs are needed, the seller will make the repairs before closing or provide a credit to the LLC.

• Step 4: The property is listed on the Lofty marketplace. Once the property is fully funded, the LLC will close on the property with the Title Company and the deed will be transferred to the new LLC.

Methodology

In this dashboard we will be using Algorand database to Lofty AI real estate platform. We will use flipside_prod_db.algorand.asset table to find Lofty properties(assets) by filtering creator_address = 'LOFTYRITC3QUX6TVQBGT3BARKWAZDEB2TTJWYQMH6YITKNH7IOMWRLC7SA'.

Then we will join the result with flipside_prod_db.algorand.account_asset on asset_id to find Number of users who invested in Lofty AI platform assets and invested volume on each asset.

Next we will calculate Lofty AI revenue on each asset.

And finally we will look at total asset value that Lofty AI manages.
