Introduction

What is Velodrome Finance?

Velodrome Finance, at its core, is a solution for protocols on Optimism to properly incentivize liquidity for their own use cases. Building on top of the groundwork laid out by Solidly, our team has addressed that first iteration's core issues to realize its full potential.

Methodology

For this analysis I will use Optimism database. By this query

we can find new Velodrome locks from optimism.core.fact_event_logs table.

From the above result I will find top 10 wallet addresses that had the most lock transactions and top 10 wallet addresses that had locked the most volume.

Next I will analyze voting from information of this tx: 0x516c3537d534415e5d00845b6b718d93d5f2066e1f9aa795931177b21b5bf5b0.

I have found address for voting 0x09236cff45047dbee6b921e00704bed6d6b8cf7e and MethodID used to vote 0x7ac09bf7.
