Introduction

Lofty AI is a real estate investment software. Lofty instantly finds investors the highest returning, cash-flowing properties in over 40 U.S. markets. To do this, Lofty starts by leveraging artificial intelligence and alternative data to pinpoint which micro-neighborhoods are primed for rapid appreciation. Then it identifies undervalued, cash-flowing properties within those neighborhoods and presents them to investors in an easy-to-use interface. The noticeable advantage of this automated local knowledge is that investors can now invest in real estate outside their home city or even their home state. Lofty saves investors hours by instantly showing them the best investment properties. Investors can invest in tokenized real estate for only $50.The lofty mission is to make it as easy as possible for anyone in the world to diversify into real estate investing.

Methodology

In this dashboard for finding the Assets, we used algorand.Asset table. Because we need to LoftyAI address, we equaled the creator address to 'LOFTYRITC3QUX6TVQBGT3BARKWAZDEB2TTJWYQMH6YITKNH7IOMWRLC7SA'. For calculating the number of investors, we used algorand.account_asset table. We assumed that the LoftyAI address is excluded from investors; because of this assumption, we ignored the LoftyAI property.

Overview

In this dashboard, the aim was to check the status of LoftyAI. Then got into the details about LoftyAI properties and the investors that bought at least one token of that properties. Finally, the Algo balance and the top ten ASAs based on the popularity among investors were checked.

LoftyAI current status

At the current time, about 122 properties are listed on LoftyAI. Each property is divided into specific tokens; if tokens are multiplied by 50, the total value of related properties is obtained in USD. The properties presented by LoftyAI are worth more than 23.3M $USD. On average, each property is valued at 191K $USD.

The Rank of LoftyAI properties based on total token investment price

The below bar chart shows all properties based on their total values in USD. Accordingly, the asset Lofty 621 E Le Claire Rd with a value of 2.48M $USD worth more than other properties. The assets Lofty 7542 & 7656 S Colfax Ave and Lofty 5401 Odom Ave with 808K and 593K $USD were ranked at the second and third place.

The Algo balance of 502 investors (12% ) was between 1,000 and 10,000 Algos. And the final group containing 146 investors (4% ), the Algo balance was 10,000+ Algos.
