Method :

I used osmosis.core.fact_staking for extracing stakers,unstakers and re-delegator addresses.

• 73 % of wallets only stake OSMO.
• 15 % of wallets unstaked their OSMOs.
• 11.5 % of wallets redelegate their OSMOs.

• The number of unstake actions has been increasing since early January 2022 and peaked in the second week of May 2022, and has been declining since then.

• The number of wallets that have unstaked OSMO wallets has been on the rise since December 13, 2021, but according to the amount of OSMO that has been staked, not a large amount has been staked until the second week of April 2022. This may mean that the whales did not start to unstaking until the second week of April 2022. But since this date, the volume of unstaked OSMO has increased, and in the first week of May 2022, the volume of unstaked OSMO has reached its peak. Considering that on this date the number of wallets that have been unstaked OSMO does not show a large increase, it can be assumed that one or more whales unstaked their OSMOs.

• The unstaked Volume in USD has been increased since the first week of January 2022 and has reached its peak in the first week of May 2022, after which it has decreased sharply.

• Total volume of OSMO usntaked until today : 54 M $OSMO.

• About 44% of the wallets unstaked thier OSMOs completely.

• 28% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs after one month.
• 21% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs after two months.
• 17% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs after six months.
• 16% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs after three months.
• 12% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs after one week.

• Most of the users have swapped their Osmos after they unstaked them.

• 81% of wallets unstaked their OSMOs redelegate to different validators.

• Frens (🤝,🤝) validator is mot popular validator for redelegate based on the number of redelegator addresses.

Concolusion :

From the above analysis, we obtained the following results :

1. 73 % of wallets only stake OSMO.
2. 15 % of wallets unstaked their OSMOs.
3. 11.5 % of wallets redelegate their OSMOs.
