Approaches

• We obtain data from the table flipside_prod_db.mdao_near.transactions.
• From obtained Tx data, we sum gas_used over each tx_receiver to calculate top spending contracts.
• We then analyze the queried data to see dynamics of top contracts popularity, as will be presented afterward.

Conclusions

• Aurora is number one of gas spending contracts over time, in past moth, and also in past week with over 65% of all Tx.

  • Except in some time period, like in middle of March 2022, v2.nearapps.near overcame aurora.
  • And at the time before middle of Oct 2021, app.nearcrowd.near still dominated others.

• App.nearcrowd.near is number two over time, in past moth, and also in past week with around 12% of all Tx.

• Zomland.near and priceoracle.near have become number three and four in past month and also past week,

  • because zomland.near was firsily used in middle of May 2022.
  • over time**, priceoracle.near** was in rank 8 and became more popular because other contracts Tx volume drop.
