    Method

    • Find Clothes attribute that relates to Sports in given collections from the websites; Degen Apes, DeGods, and Catalina Whale Mixer
    • Use solana.core.dim_nft_metadata table to filter for each collection and each sport attribute, where we mainly focus on Clothes attribute
    • Use solana.core.fact_nft_sales table to find NFT sales information
    • We use timespan of 180 days because, else, sales from sport NFTs will be too low, as number of Non-sport NFTs are much higher than that of Sport NFTs
    • We find daily and total information of Sales and Volume of NFT collections, and compare between Sport NFTs and Non-sport NFTs. We analyze for every kind of sport existing in collections
    • As number of Non-sport NFTs are much higher than that of Sport NFTs, to compare them fairly, we normalize by dividing Sales and Volume with Number of NFTs for that kind of sports, so it would be recognized as Sales/NFT and Volume/NFT

    What is an 1/1 NFT?

1/1 NFT art is a unique, one-of-a-kind digital collectible where no other exists other than the piece itself. It’s difficult to find other comparable items because of how special it is and how rare it becomes due to the limited supply.

1 of 1 NFTs, also known as ‘one of one NFTs,’ is when a single non-fungible token is available for a unique asset based on its mint number. read more

    Degen Apes

    What is Degen Ape?

Degen Ape Academy is a collection of 10,000 unique, randomly generated Ape avatars created by Degen Labs that are housed on the Solana blockchain. As one of the most notable and first Solana NFTs, Degen Ape Academy has fought off adversity after a failed first drop attempt. After pushing their mint one day as a result of errors during the initial drop, the Degen Apes still sold out in 8 minutes at a cost of 6 SOL.

There are 137 total traits in the academy, similar to those of the CryptoPunks. The traits have been categorized into a tier based system of rarity as follows:

    • Common
    • Uncommon
    • Rare
    • Super Rare
    • Mythic

Owning a Degen Ape will grant the holder access to all future utility, which is expected to be modest at first and increase over time.

    DeGods

    What Is DeGods?

DeGods is a deflationary Solana NFT project featuring a digital art collection of 10,000 colorful, virtual gods, each one creatively attired. It boasts one of the highest trading volumes of all NFT projects.

DeGods NFTs may initially be compared to other popular options on the NFT marketplace, including Bored Ape Yacht Club and Solana Monkey Business. However, these NFTs stand apart as being strategically advantageous in several key areas. Both BAYC and Solana Monkey Business feature various monkeys generated by algorithms, but they’re available in a far more limited supply than DeGods NFTs, which are deflationary — meaning that the value will keep increasing, thanks to the ability to burn DeGods. When a DeGod token is burned, it’s no longer circulated. Instead, it’s upgraded to a DeadGod and remains rare, adding a gaming component to this NFT collection.
