Bridge TVLs: Avalanche, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Ronin, WBTC

Bridge TVLs are calculated by summing the assets currently controlled by the contract address on the Ethereum side of each bridge, except for BTC.b which is calculated by summing mints and burns at the BTC.b address on Avalanche C-Chain. Bridge escrow wallets are found using etherscan and the docs from the respective bridge teams. Coverage is not complete as bridge teams occasionally update their addresses and some bridge architectures allow for custom escrow wallets for specific tokens (e.g. the DAI Arbitrum wallet).
